I’m so glad you are here. I am Liz Nson, LCSW and Founder of Citi Counseling. I have a master's in clinical social work from Columbia University where I also serve as an Adjunct Lecturer. For the past 10 years I have been helping people just like you to manage life’s challenges, decrease feelings of anxiety and depression, and increase a sense of fulfillment and confidence.
Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, our patients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with any of life’s various obstacles. Therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide patients with effective tools to help them see the glass half full instead of half empty. Making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
